How do I make an order?
Visit our shop or fill out the custom order form and wait for us to get back to you with a quote. Once you have accepted the quote your piece will be put in the queue.
What materials do you use?
We only use pure medical grade titanium (ASTM f136), 14/18ct gold, delrin and niobium sourced from vetted suppliers.
How much does your jewellery cost?
Customs are bespoke and there is no pricing list as such. The material, as well as size and shape of the jewellery will dictate the final price of each piece. Occasionally we put up standard sized pieces available for sale in the shop.
How long do orders take to dispatch?
Orders usually take around 8-12 weeks to dispatch, but this can vary depending on workload, as well as the complexity and size of your order. Most orders are shipped within 6-8 weeks. After you place an order, you will be emailed with an estimation of the expected wait time.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Unfortunately we can; provide refunds or returns on custom jewellery unless in exceptional circumstances where there is an issue with something other than the measurements. Please ensure that you give the correct measurements when ordering.
What are my payment options?
Once you have confirmed the quote you can pay using PayPal or bank transfer. You can pay the total balance (including shipping) in full or if preferred you can pay a 50% non-refundable deposit which reserves your place in the queue. If using the latter option, the full balance will need to be paid before your order is made. For international orders, you may have to pay an import tax on orders which is your responsibility.
Can I cancel or postpone my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made. Your order will not be started until the total balance is paid. If you have paid a deposit to hold your place in the queue then you can cancel your order but the deposit will be non-refundable. If you need more time to pay the full balance, let us know as soon as possible and we can push you back in the queue.

Is your jewellery available for wholesale?
We sell our jewellery wholesale to vetted piercers and suppliers. Please contact us if you would like to apply to be vetted for this.
